Dekalb Peachtree Airport 2024 Good Neighbor Day

May 11, 2024

It was a beautiful day for an air show.  We had a good member turnout and a constant flow of people interested in the Cobra we had flow in from the Army Aviation Heritage Foundation.  The pilot in the gunner’s seat was our own Glenn Carr who flew Cobras in Vietnam.  Glenn and other members enjoyed telling people about the Cobra, other helicopters used in Vietnam and the men that flew them.
