The In Memory Program is a profound initiative dedicated to honoring Vietnam Veterans who succumbed to the effects of their service after returning home. Unlike the names etched on the Vietnam Wall, these veterans are remembered through this special program, ensuring their sacrifices are not forgotten. This program acknowledges the lasting impact of the war and provides a space for families and friends to celebrate the lives and legacies of these heroes.
The families of the deceased veterans have the opportunity to read the name of their Veteran at the podium during the ceremony. You will see them later in the video below.
